Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to verification for security and fraud prevention.
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Multi-Vendor Platform Notice: Inova Apparel LLC partners with multiple third-party vendors and suppliers. Orders may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times depending on product origin and availability.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate
    Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after processing
  • International Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate
    Estimated Delivery: 10–14 business days after processing
  • While 80% of orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to vendor location, inventory status, customs processing, and shipping carrier performance.

Shipping Holidays

No processing or shipping will occur on the following U.S. federal holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve/Day
  • New Year’s Eve/Day

Tracking Your Order

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent when your item ships.
  • Guest customers can track orders using the Order Tracker with their email and order number.
  • Orders from different vendors will have separate tracking numbers.

Delivery Policy

  • We ship to U.S. and international addresses.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Except where prohibited by law, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Inova Apparel LLC is not responsible for:
    • Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather, or carrier issues
    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
    • Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages after delivery confirmation
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import restrictions. We are not liable if customs agencies delay, reject, or confiscate the package.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
    • Email info@shopinova.us within 7 days of delivery
    • Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue

This policy does not affect your legal rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including California and Illinois regulations. If local law requires refunds or replacements under specific circumstances, we will comply accordingly.
