Return & Refund Policy

1. ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made through Inova Apparel LLC are final.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect size, fit, or style
• Shipping delays
• Change of mind
• Duplicate or mistaken orders
• Product dissatisfaction

Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Inova Apparel LLC may, in its sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for items that are materially defective or arrive damaged.

To request a review:

1. Email info@shopinova.us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
2. Include your order number and detailed photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Remedies may include:

• A replacement (subject to availability)
• Partial store credit
• Full refund (in rare cases involving verified merchant error)

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Cosmetic variations and minor imperfections do not qualify as defects.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

No product may be returned, and no refund or credit shall be issued, for any of the following:

• Undergarments, swimwear, or items worn against the skin
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards or digital goods
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling, washing, or alteration
• Items missing tags, packaging, or original components

All such items are non-returnable and excluded from all warranty or remedy.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY LIABILITY

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handoff to the shipping carrier.
Inova Apparel LLC is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• Customs fees, import taxes, or international clearance issues

Delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier constitutes full delivery under this Policy.

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale. The customer assumes all responsibility for:

• Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import regulations
• Shipping delays, holds, or seizure by local authorities

International customers agree to waive any rights provided under foreign consumer protection laws and accept these terms under the jurisdiction of Illinois, United States.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. All submissions are final and immediately processed through our fulfillment network.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

You agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Inova Apparel LLC in good faith.
Fraudulent or unjustified disputes are a violation of this Policy. We reserve the right to:

• Submit all evidence to your financial institution
• Recover any fees or damages through legal action
• Permanently ban accounts responsible for abusive behavior

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inova Apparel LLC shall not be liable for:

• Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Delivery delays, customs actions, or acts of third parties

Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the product at issue.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Inova Apparel LLC shall not be held responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Government orders
• Labor shortages or supply chain disruption
• Internet or infrastructure outages

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of all revisions.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois. You consent to jurisdiction and venue therein.
